Warranty Terms and Policy

Our company is committed to providing high-quality and reliable products. In this regard, we offer a warranty policy aimed at protecting our customers’ rights and ensuring their satisfaction.
The warranty covers all products sold by the company against manufacturing defects and material flaws.

Warranty Conditions:

  1. A valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be presented when claiming the warranty.
  2. The original warranty card with the serial number of the battery must be provided.
  3. The product must be used in accordance with the attached usage instructions.

Exclusions from the Warranty:

The warranty policy does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Battery Explosion or Swelling: The warranty does not cover damages caused by battery explosion or swelling due to abnormal conditions.
  • Removal of Brand Label: The warranty becomes void if the label on the battery is removed.
  • Misuse: Any damages resulting from misuse, including burning edges, melting terminals, or breaking the battery.
  • Weak Alternator: Damages due to a weak or faulty vehicle alternator are not included in the warranty policy.
  • White Lens: Color change of the lens to white is not covered under the warranty.
  • Use Beyond Expiry: The battery is not covered by the warranty if used beyond 21 months from the production date.
  • Natural Disasters: Damages resulting from natural disasters are not included in the warranty.
  • Lack of Invoice: The invoice must be presented along with the warranty card. The warranty is void if the invoice is missing or does not match.
  • Inappropriate Battery Size: Using a battery that is the wrong size or specifications for the vehicle will void the warranty.
  • Blocked Vent: Ensure that the battery vent is open and correctly positioned; blocking it will invalidate the warranty.
  • Expiration of Warranty Period: The warranty is valid only during the specified period and does not renew after utilization of the warranty or upon expiration.

We recommend adhering to these conditions to ensure full utilization of the battery for as long as possible and to benefit from the warranty.

We also reserve the right to deny warranty claims if the above conditions are not met.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

  • In case of a product defect, please Visit the Warranty service Center during the warranty period.
  • The product may need to be recharged or replaced at the discretion of the warranty officials.
